Today I was speechless .......

.......and for those who know me well, this doesn't happen very often. Larry picked up the mail today and handed it to me and one had me a little perplexed as it was an A4 size envelope  from Ireland, the writing looked familiar and the contents felt like a slim book. I stared at it for a few moments and Larry said "Well, open it and you will know what is in it"  So this is what I found:

It was a homemade Christmas card from my nieces Aoife (5) and Aislinn (2 1/2). It was so creative I was just speechless and overcome with emotion that they spent their time to create this for us. Each page had it own special charm with some items cut out and glued on, some things drawn, special little butterflies here and there, silver stars strategically places and lots of love hearts glued on and drawn. 

The time and energy that they spent on it really showed me that despite the fact that I live very far away they still love me very much and it really touched my heart. This was the best Christmas present I could have got.

Oh the joys of Skype and the ability to see them and talk to them for free!!
