I eventually got to finishing the quilting on Lar's 49er quilt which was my second wedding anniversary present to him. I had most of it done in time for our anniversary ( Sept 4th) but I was taking a machine quilting class in the end of Sept - Oct and wanted to wait to learn some new techniques before I finished it.
Here is a slideshow to show the quilt, some up close look at some of the quilting stitches and Lar enjoying it! Especially like the last two pictures where Lar found a creative way to use the quilt at the end of the Giants V's Niners game today. Enjoy!
